To summarize the video,
Disable the Special Content Area
Add empty placeholder next to the last link (you can do that by typing a number of items in the sidebar, or by duplicating the last item in your navigation menu and deleting the link inside)
Place any element you want there. In the video, I am showing how to put social links in your menu.
Add class to this element, and make sure it aligns well on all breakpoints.
