This is the first release of the year, and while it’s not a major feature update like 3.0, it’s an important one. Version 3.1 focuses on refining the experience, improving workflows, and making the library even more reliable for everyday use.
Focused on Real Improvements
Since the release of version 3.0, I’ve been collecting feedback and using the library extensively in my own projects. This update brings many small fixes and improvements that make a noticeable difference when building websites.
At the same time, thanks to the recent update to Blocs for iPad (huge thanks to Norm 🙌), we can now ship the library as a single BEXPAC file that works across both Mac and iPad versions of Blocs.
This might sound like a small change, but it significantly improves how you install, manage, and maintain the library across devices.
Built for Real Projects
I’ve been using Minimalist Library in all my recent work, including the new Atlas and Velar templates — and it has saved me hours, if not days, of work.
Version 3.1 is without a doubt the best version of the library so far — faster, cleaner, and more consistent than ever.
