Blocs Master is Moving to Substack
I am pleased to announce that the Blocs Master newsletter and blog has moved to Substack.
Long before I ever made use of Revue, I had been pondering a move to Substack, as it offers an impressive suite of features to enhance your experience. From the ability to upload videos directly to the platform, to the support for long-form content, discussion threads, and even an in-app chat feature. Today, I am giving it a try.
New Blocs Master Blog
In addition to the newsletter, the Blocs Master blog has also transitioned to Substack. Going forward, all updates regarding Blocs tutorials, templates, and other exciting products from Blocs Master and Blocs Templates will be shared on our newly established Blog page on Substack. At the close of each month, subscribers can look forward to receiving a comprehensive monthly summary email, delivering a convenient recap of all the latest news and developments.
I have been using Blocs 5 to manage the vast collection of posts for the Blocs Master blog since the release of Blocs 5. The main challenge I faced was the increasing export time, which, although it improved in recent builds with optimizations from the developer, still falls short of my expectations (considering I want to add more and more posts in the future).
New Blocs 5 Site Templates
I am delighted to announce the release of two new BEX Site templates for Blocs 5 - Hotel and Entrepreneur. These templates have been optimized to offer even greater ease and flexibility, enabling you to effortlessly customize and alter the color styles to suit your individual needs.
Going forward, all future template releases will be entirely new designs, crafted from the ground up. My goal is to release at least two original Blocs 5 site templates each and every month, offering an ever-expanding array of options for you to choose from.
While the existing templates will continue to be available to members as legacy templates, they will no longer receive updates and will not be available for purchase as individual items. This marks a new and exciting chapter for Blocs 5 templates, and I am eager to share it with you.
Blocs 5 Course Update
The Blocs Masterclass series is now part of the Blocs 5 Course. These in-depth video tutorials are the perfect way to dive into Blocs 5's advanced features. This week, we'll be adding lessons on CSS Grid, Modals, Bloc Divider, and Bloc Masks.
The Masterclass series will be updated monthly and make up the third part of the Blocs 5 Course. As a Blocs 5 Course or Blocs Master Max member, you can access the upcoming content for free in your Blocs Master dashboard later this week.
New Product Update
I've been putting in a lot of effort on a new product for Blocs 5. It's shaping up to be my finest work yet, and I'm dedicating a lot of time and energy to making it the best it can be. Stay tuned for more updates in the coming weeks.
That’s all for today! Have a wonderful week!
Best regards,
Eldar
P.S. Some of you have asked if I'm moving to Framer, but the answer is NO. I still prefer Blocs 5 as my go-to website builder and I'll keep creating top-notch content for it. However, I always seek to enhance my design skills by exploring new platforms, and recently trying Framer to rebuild the Ramen template was an exciting experience.
